Noia- Love, period.

This brand manual for a sustainable sanitary napkin brand was created by me in the year 2021. I have always believed in the concept on sustainability and try to inculcate it as much as possible in my lifestyle. During my research, I noticed this huge gap in the sanitary waste disposal. Highest majority of sanitary products are non- biodegradable and are being used by women across the globe every month for a week on an average. This generates billions of tonnes of toxic waste which never gets disintegrated. To solve this problem, I designed sanitary napkins made from a combination of banana and bamboo fibre. I found out that after harvesting the banana and bamboo crop, these fibres go waste and are proven to be great absorbers. Hence, combining this idea and my thought of a sustainable sanitary product, I created Noia. The entire research, designing as well as merchandising are thoroughly mentioned in my brand manual. Also, I have included a product launch video with all the details of this project in brief. Love, period.
